Jeff graduated with a degree in Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Martin. He also attained the coveted Tennessee State Professional Engineer License in 2011 for his exemplary work.
EXPERIENCE
For nearly 14 years, Jeff has designed, and supervised the implementation of numerous projects across Montgomery County, most recently for the Clarksville Street Department, including pavement management as well as critical upgrades to the storm water system within Clarksville city limits.
VISION
Montgomery County has expanded rapidly, and Jeff stands ready to take the helm to ensure the infrastructure is there to keep up with this new-found popularity. To accomplish this, Jeff understands how to leverage technology to grow capacity and capability between departments. This will ultimately improve roadway capacity, efficiency, and safety.
